    new to scrapping

What up scrapers. I just got into scrapping. Live in small town. Do the normal ask on sites for junk. I hit dumsters when see them. And about to go around on back roads during garbage pick up. Well I'm super in love with it. So really want to stick with it. Right now its me and a mini van. You think if possible to make $300 a week. That's around what I need. I know some weeks are slower. And doing this. I already got a yard sale pile going. Does any other Scrapper do yardsales with stuff they find

Thanks. New York hear. And I know scrap is low. And I'm a month in. Haven't made a haul yet. But boy do I love finding stuff. Spending nights in basement stripping wire. Fig spend 3 months just stock piling goods to have back up on slow days

$300 a week could be done a few years back with metal value alone, now with the lower prices you need to try and re-sell the good stuff for more than metal value. Also craft people and steam punk people always need items, so if you have a bunch of the same thing or items they prefer you will make more than metal price for it. And yes we do a once a year yard sale with a good portion of the items I have found from scrapping.
