Been visiting this forum about a year now for tips and advice and finally decided to join. My name is Joel and I'm a part time scrapper for three or four years now. Kind of a side hobby that brings in some extra cash. Got a full time career for nearly 21 years now installing lightning rods no I've always been familiar with the copper and aluminum market. I believe in honesty and would never take from my employer, a 21 year career that pays pretty good and has pretty good benefits is not worth the gamble. I'm happily married with three kids, two girls, one 14,one 13 one hers one mine and ours a three year old son. We reside in Connecticut. The extra income from scrapping although not a lot helps out with spending money and it's something we do together some times. Looking forward to the advice I can get and share with this community.
