    Ello from TN

I believe I'm close to one of the more active posters on here, who resides in Knoxville (name eludes me atm)- I'm sw of him. Anyways, just got into scrapping by coincidence. Had a kitchen steamer I couldn't sell so I broke it down completely. Sold the motor (compressor) just a few days ago so that's my first scrapping profit! Also, still haven't traded in the copper, brass, and steel from the rest of it (the steamer). Waiting until I have a larger collection. Once I finished tearing that down I continued collecting. The main thing I have gathered (this is only ab 3 weeks now) are tons of remotes and cable box cords (the ones with the "boxes" on them that I guess are similar to chargers- I found the exact name but again I forget that haha). If anyone knows what I can do with those remotes and cable/chargers I am all ears! I have looked at the section on e-scrapping and "small form boards" or something of that nature. Don't think I remember finding much on the remotes. The chargers/cables I believe the suggestion was eBay. Still waiting for a larger collection before I do anything. I have been cataloging what I can on the cords; separating them into groups based on what the "boxes" say (i.e. 208/240v .12 A- or something like that- I literally just made up those numbers and combined them with stuff from memory so please don't think that's one of the chargers specs lol). I am hoping to make this some sort of steady part time job as my main job is selling on eBay. Mostly random auction finds. Business has been awfully slow since the beginning of July, as it is in retail which is what I compare it to. So, hopefully business picks up again this fall and into Christmas. Being your own boss is the best and I don't want to have to go back to working for someone else full time.

Princess Bride is a top 10 classic. Love it too. Glad you recognized it. Sadly there's plenty who don't get my Andre avatar lol. I try to use him with a line from the movie as the majority of my online avatars. Mostly fantasy football. Go Titans btw :] anybody see Derrick Henry last night!? Wow I hope that's a sign of things to come.
