I am new to the site but not not the scrap metal industry

I had been working as a buyer for a local scrap yard for over 5 years so I really understand separated material is the way to sell. The yard i was a buyer for was just getting started with e-scrap. I live in Georgia and can't seem to be able to find any e-scrap buyers near me. At the moment & the current & the prices posted on boardsort.com page. I have close to 600 or so dollarsworth of all types. Any suggestions or recommendation as to sell to improve need help.

Welcome aboard. If you have any catalytic converters to sell, I would love to give you a competitive price on them.

Welcome to the forum. Continue to read the old and current threads for more ways to profit. I noted you have commented on ewasted thread, I believe you will be pleased if you use him. Also he can and will assist you with shipping.

Separating your ewaste will assist processing no matter who you sell to.

You will find with the collective experience of the members here there is much to be learned in the old threads. 73, Mike

Tac, where are you in Georgia? I am right outside Athens and also do ewaste. I can give you a couple of places I use for stuff you wouldn't ship (BTW I also use ewasted and have been nothing but pleased with the result for higher grade stuff).

I live in Columbus. Thanks for the advice about ewasted because I think I'll be using them now. I had planned on sending my e scrap to boardsort but the price difference between them has me leaning toward ewasted. Really wasorry hoping to find a place in GA so I could just drive all my scrap. I don't really like sending such valuable items through the mail.

    Tac -

Send you an email with a local company for some items.

Ewasted is their a phone number to contact you & your company. I am able to pay for my own shipping and being so involved with the scrap metal industry for most of my life, but a main buyer for 5 I know how to exactly separate all the different types of commodities with no problem. I honestly want to speak with your company before sending my things. I'm trying to get an ewaste business for my own town. Or maybe you or someone else from your company could call me? 762-241-6389. I do want to most for my own material. Boardsort have answered my calls and quickly responded to my email.
