Welcome to the forum. Read the buyers forum, there is a button at the top of each page there is a button "Scrap Buyers and Sellers". Read the reviews and be certain the buyer is currently active.
If you have the room to hold on to what you have I recommend you do that for now. Read more of the forum threads and keep in mind many of us ship our material and are happy with it. 73, Mike
