Welcome to the forum. Tread cautiously on the pm recovery, a lot of legal issues and steep learning curve along with specialized equipment. The processes of recovering pm's are dangerous. On this forum we don't discuss pm recover but I feel obligated tosuggest you consider using your time more productively finding and collecting ewaste material and selling as is. Normally it takes large quantities and large equipment to justify pm recovery.
I think the challenge for you will be finding a reputable ewaste buyer in the EU. Perhaps one or more of our European members will be able to assist you with that. 73, Mike
