    What hobo said.
All you need to know is on here and everything else you learn by doing. You will make mistakes. But as long as you learn from them, it's all good.

The net is great especially U-tube. In fact one of the posters on here made many informative videos about all kinds of phases of recycling. Most of all talk to people in the business. The yard I sell to has employees who know the scrap business in and out and are more than happy to answer any of my questions about scrap and what makes the most cash.

Man all kinds of older members popping up. First Olddude, John, now our friend from South Africa..Msmoorad!

It's like a family reunion..minus the fact none of us are related...

An yes..I also agree with all those posted above. Plenty of info here for ya, I'm sure the Admin/Staff could put into book form for you, but then you'd lose the enjoyment of chatting with all of us.

As the Great Mechanic used to say...it's the University of Scrapping here. You'll get out of this forum, what you put into it.

That said...I wish you luck. You've take a good step into the right direction by finding us here an joining us.
