Hello Scrap Metal Forum. My Introduction.

My name is Amanda. I am 45 years old. I live in Goldsboro, NC. I don't really do 'scrapping' as a job but I am on a fixed income and it does seem like I am always bringing something home that I found in the trash or someone gave me. I first try to see if whatever it is can be used and/or sold. If not, I add it to my pile of stuff to dismantle. I drive a 2010 eton Beamer III 50cc Scooter so I can't really take much at a time myself. I have many bags and a few boxes around the apartment and while I am sitting around, I strip stuff and separate it into these for easy travel. I found you guys by googling "Can I burn plastic tape off of copper wires". I got a couple of good ideas from what I read and wanted to read something else but I wasn't registered, so here I am.
