I am the music teacher at SCE. We have been recycling capri sun pouches for years and terrecycle just dropped the program. Is there any where else I can recycle capri suns?

Might call some local trash companies that offer curbside and ask . If terrecycle is not doing it . You are most likely out of luck .
According to Google, those are not normally recyclable.
Unfortunately you may not find an alternative 'recycler' unless federal and state subsidy money is used.
On a side note - there is some aluminum in each packet.
Capri Sun pouches are made by bonding layers of aluminum and plastic together, making them very difficult to recycle.
Our recycling center accepts stuff for about 15 different TerraCycle collections. We were warned about Capri Sun pulling their support of the collection (that's what happens when TC drops a specific item/brand) so we jumped to the Honest Kids collection. Same stuff, different sponsor. There are no open slots at this time. You can get on the waitlist but that is likely to be a while. If you have a large community who is regularly contributing, the stockpile could get huge (and gross; fruit flies LOVE those pouches in the warm weather). If you have a bunch, now, and you just need to clean out without tossing it all the trash, PM me and I will see what I can do.
Literally no one touches this weird packaging as a scrap source, for your purposes. I've checked. Without sponsorship, there just isn't a functional way to even recover the base materials, let alone establish a market.
If you cant unload them turn them into something there a lot a websites that show items made from the packaging. My daughter even made a few hand bags and sold them for $5. lol
This is just one of many sites:
capri sun: Crafts, Patterns & Tutorials - Craftster.org
Looks like the schools art teacher could use this for a 2 week and have the kids make stuff.
Good luck.
I'm going to recycle the world.
