Hello everyone, I've been lurking on here for a couple weeks reading up on everything and decided to join the forum. I'm a part time scrapper in Orlando, and in addition to the copper/brass scrap I look for, I want to try my hand at e-scrapping. I look forward to interacting with you guys and I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions for a while.

Welcome to the forum from the far northwest side of Chicago. Like greytruck said and I agree, don't be afraid to use the search box here. Also check the similar threads box at the bottom of the thread. There is a ton of information here to read from. And just when you think you read it all, start reading it again. I have read threads upwards to 10 different times cause you never know what you missed. Happy scrapping.

Thanks guys! I've already bookmarked the sticky thread on identifying e-waste and re-read it 10 times probably, lol. Tomorrow I'm taking my first real trip to the scrap yard and hoping all goes well.
