Seasoned Newbie in that 400-square-mile parking lot known as "The Capital Beltway"

I've made use of this good site over the past two years as I've stumbled my way through learning the eScrap business after picking up a couple of storage units at default auctions full of EOL/EOS servers and switches. I'm in Prince William County, Virginia, and have been hauling cargo vanloads of eScrap to Mario in Bedford, Ohio roughly monthly because he's personably professional, runs a tight ship, and pays well enough to make it worth my while to kill two birds with one van whenever I need to make unrelated business trips to Pittsburgh (which is only 2 hours from Mario's facility). I run into some weird stuff now and then because I have friends who crunch code for all of the innumerable defense contractors in the D.C. area, and could use some ID help on occasion.

Having been raised in Milwaukee back when it really was "Beer City," I'm also really, really good about repaying considerations with good beer.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you have some good contacts and have done pretty well with your accidental intro into ewaste. It will be interesting to see what you dig up
