Thanks for the welcome. I'm sure there is a lot I can learn. I have been scrapping since I was about 5 years old as I helped my dad. I know a lot of the old school stuff but I am looking forward to learning how to get the most out of my stuff in today's market. I still have lots of copper from the old days when burning it was the norm. I know that things have to be done differently now. I have lots of clean aluminum and other metals from when I took the time to clean it. I don't know if that is the best method anymore.
I have stuff that I need to scrap that I bought at a good price from estate auctions along with stuff that my son and I bought to sell on e-bay. We've done very well when we had the time to sell on e-bay as we are set up for that. I would rather scrap so I have a lot of stuff I need to clean and I want to buy more. I have people giving this stuff away and I need to take advantage of that while the prices are down.
