    New to the scrap life

Hello smf forum people ! I’m pretty new to scrapping just been grabbing some copper wires and computer boards and brass for 2 or 3 months now maybe just an hour or four every week and thinkin of doin it full time , as I already have filled several 50 gallon drums . I have been noticing this site pop up for a while while endlessly searching for tip videos and wire strippers and granulators and this site has been very helpful so far so I thought I would join , say hello and maybe contribute one day 🤓

    Welcome to the forum.

In honor of you joining us, I have included a couple images making fun of Boston. This is done in a kind way, an in no way mean spirited. As you are new here I felt I should give you this disclaimer. Though if you've been reading here for a bit your well aware I'm a smart ass, an at times the leader of the funny "monkey" brigade.

You should feel special, I don't normally go through this much trouble.

I have to know if this last one is real....an if so..Boston just got a lot cooler in my book. Funny signs are funny.

Welcome to the forum, hope you brought your sense of humor.

Welcome to the forum, mate! Glad you decided to join. As I'm sure you've seen from your Googling, this forum comes up a lot. Words of wisdom here: if you have questions about something, feel free to post about it. But it will also do you as much good to search the old posts and threads first. Some of us might tell you as much if it's a topic that's common or overly simple. Anyway, welcome to the club!
