    Best Country to import scrap metal from

    What is the cheapest, yet most trustworthy country to import scrap metal from? Thanks!

    My almost completely uneducated guess would be Mexico or Canada because if you lived close to the border like I do you could drive across. I can't imagine having scrap shipped even in bulk would be cheaper than driving it across. That's if it is even legal to drive scrap across. Is there anyone close to Mexico or Canada that has ever driven scrap across?
