Hello my name is Andrew and recently i moved back to my hometown after my prior employer went belly up. So due to the fact i moved to a town with less then 500 people and not a ton of employment opportunities in the general area i decided togo to the local scrap yard seeking employment.
Fast forward a few weeks i get the job my prior experience before this was going with my grandfather to the same yard as a child.
Due to this fact i am green to say the least. I got the job based because my grandfather was well respected in the community, my willingness to work hard, and there need for a reliable worker. So im a few days in and any time i approach my fellow co workers not knowing the certain metal is looking for guidance they act as if it some hassle to give me any help. Now while i could care less there personal opinion of me in the best interest of staying employed i decided to google up tips and tricks about scrapping which has led me here and so far it has been extremely helpful to say the least
