Hello From Central Alberta (Red Deer)

Hello all! Thought it was high time I joined up here. I started scrapping as a way of diverting waste material from home remodels I do part time. I had a previous career as IT support in O&G industry, thus know my way around computer guts. Old computers find there way to me as a result and I scrap them out too.

Scrapping for me is growing beyond a hobby. A business partner is hoping to make a living by scrapping. I help him wherever I can in R&D.

I'd love to hear from other scrappers in Calgary or Red Deer Alberta and support each other.

Thanks for that Blackgold12, thats a ingenious method of making a granulator.

I think it is a reamer mounted in the lathe chuck thats doing the cutting.
