Hello everyone, My name is Perry. I'll be honest, I've always thought scraping metal was a pretty silly thing to do, as i get older i'm starting to think otherwise. I am currently unemployed and like alot of other people in this country finding good work is like finding a needle in a haystack. I've been thinking lately about getting into metal scraping for means of income but i have a few questions. First.. Does anyone do this as a full time livable income job? Is the money there if you dedicate hard work? If you live in an area with cold winters is this a seasonal only job?
I've been thinking about buying a pickup truck and finally giving this a shot, full time, 8 hours a day and hopefully making good money with it, I just don't want to waste my time. I appreciate any information you metal guru's can provide
