He 100% got that account banned. I think I (and maybe some others) egged him on (on purpose) in a thread a couple weeks ago... and he probably responded in a.... more than his usually... manner of excitementand got banned for it. After that all his posts/comment were gone.

There is none, indicating his account/posts have been purged.
It's a real shame. I think everyone should be allowed to speak their mind, no matter how wrong/angry/rude/profanity filled it may be.....

It is fine for him to speak his mind but profanity/porn/lude action is not allowed.....this is a family friendly site and should remain that way....he is not a paid member and as far as I know has never paid so he should not be allowed to berate buyers and paid members here for his own enjoyment....I do find his posts (some of them) informative and he keeps the action going but this forum is a place of bussiness and some of his actions are not allowed

I like the fact that this forum has rules and they are enforced. It might take a few days/weeks but the powers that be do eventually take care of nonconformists. Some chat rooms and forums I frequent have no moderators and it's open season on everything and everybody. It's can become very toxic and affect you.
The SMF is nothing like that and I always enjoy coming here.

Ideally, we would just mod ourselves. Yes ... you can say this, and you can do that, but you choose to take responsibility and govern yourself accordingly.
Do you see how freedom & personal responsibility go hand in hand with one another ?
There's a time and a place for the non conformists in a healthy society. They're the pot stirrers and the troublemakers. They tear down institutions that have become overbearing and corrupt.
I'm not seeing that here though. The admin pretty much leaves us alone and intervenes only when really necessary.
