That is not a problem that just you have. Everyone has that problem. Everyone has to decide how to spend their time and use their space. Everyone is looking for good sources for more stuff. Everyone is looking for good people willing to help, and for the right price you can find laborers/employees to help.
You have everything you need, just gotta take it slow and grow at a rate your time/space can accommodate. I don't think just finding a partner will fix your problems. But most time what people who don't have the time to deal with their scrap do is sell it to someone who does.
For example, an HVAC company owner may not have the time to deal with all the scrap they generate, a scrapper may come along and buy what they have every once in a while. The owner COULD spend 10hrs disassembling the stuff to get top dollar for it for $1000. Or the owner could spend 20mins selling it to a scrapper for $400, and use the 10 hrs he freed up doing other jobs making much more that the $600 he gave up by selling the scrap. Its all a balancing game of time vs effort vs money.
I am assuming you are in a boat like that, you have a bunch of material, but you dont have the time or know how to scrap it all. Maybe put an add up on facebook marketplace or CL offering everything for sale for a set price and see if you get any bites. Will it be the most money? no, but it would get it all gone at once, quickly, and get some money.... which sometimes is the best option. Just a thought. Some people will do a split like you mentioned as well, but there is no guarantee THEY know what they are doing, or that they are maximizing the value, or that they are honest and actually splitting it as agreed upon.
Good luck.
