Justintyme Art Metal sculptures for yards, decks and patios

I am new to this forum. I am a artists and weld scrap tools, yard tools, farm tools and implement parts that are rusty old steel. I create metal birds, unique sculptures out of old rusty metal that I cut and weld into creations. I am out of metal and goods to weld and am now retired and need to do this full time. I will buy the pieces from you and pick them up. I am looking for old shovels, rakes, hoes, mason hoes, pitch forks, axes, saws, saw blades, sickles, wheels, pullies, cultivator, drill or plow parts from farm equipment. Anything old, rusty and unique that I can create into a yard statue. My supply is out and my three art venues where I sell the creations is calling for more sculptures for the upcoming holidays for sale.

Welcome to SMF. I share your interest in metal art, not for the income, but for the challenge, creativity, and entertainment. Success in obtaining these items is limited in quantity from an individual seller and cost of shipping. It would be challenging to make a profit when you have to come to central South Dakota for a trailer load of such items purchased at scrap value.

    Some ideas for obtaining items:

Farriers - horseshoes, rasps, spurs, etc.
Landfill - any and all if they allow removal of items.
    Yard sales - what ever
    family estate auctions
The best - old family dumps - for generations families would abandon old machinery and garbage in shelter belts. These are the most productive.

After you have ten posts on the web site, please add pictures of your creations.
Give back more to this world than we take.
