    Welcome to the Forum, zakmattngly. Not sure this is like AA, never heard the comparison before. We actually encourage you to keep scrapping. How long have you been at it?

    just a couple months. really gettin into it though. right now just doin it cuz i'm out of a job but if i could make a livin off it i'd be happy doin it. only compared this to AA cuz i think i got some crap for posting a question before introducing myself. didn't know i was supposed to

    It just make it a little easier when we get to know you a little, we're kind of like a big dysfunctional family. Some of us have favorites and others we tolerate. LOL I'm not addicted like in AA, I can lock the gate and quit anytime.

    I'm a "junkie"....... drug free, but I just came from a farm iron auction....$189.oo.....5 iron wheels, a post drill,steel horse hames with brass knobs on them, 60s bicycle,some gopher traps,tin funnels and oil pitchers,a big cast iron cauldron, a horse drawn hay loader. hydraulic hoses,jumper cables,Vbelts,brass torch,old wrenches,brass carburator and a 12'hx12'w gantry type hoist with a manual hand crank 3/8" cable winch ..............drugs got nothin on my rust lust.
    By the way, I busted in here and started posting all over before I found the intro thread too.
