Louisville Ky, new to the board.

Hey every one, new to the board but I have been trollin and reading post for the past few days. Seems like a great board.

My scrapping is limited right now, I live in an apartment. I had been cleaning out the warehouse where I work ( mostly steel, racks and shelving) loading and making runs directly to the yard, a couple times a week.

Today I got ahold of a skid of old computer parts, monitors, and printers. I have NO CLUE when it comes to e-cycling but I see a few regulars around here do, hope I can learn a few things, so that I can make these electronics part of my regular collection.

any one here from or around the Louisville KY, area with any experience with PC's and boards I would love your input.

Looking forward to getting to know the board and learning a few things.
    Bobby.

Welcome to the Forum, Bobby. Not sure about from Louisville but there's a few you'll likely learn plenty from.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

Bobby, don't take any computer parts in until you read everything about them on here...especially posts by easyrecycle.....and Welcome ! and good luck...ain't it fun. Don't kick yourself too hard when you learn how much more you could have made if you had found the forum before you took in your first load.

I used to big into online poker. I have WSOP bottle cap opener that says, "Eat. Sleep. Poker." It seemed fitting to change it since now this is all I do after what us poker players are calling "Black Friday". When they shut it all down. And I just noticed that you put "crap" instead of "scrap". LOL. Now I get it. Maybe I'm a little tired too. Oh well. There's my story anyway.

Anyone have any ideas where i can find such? tire shops are telling me they have to send it to a recycling centers or to corperate offices.
