Hello from Kingman, AZ

I was born and raised in central Illinois, spent some time in California, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania. Currently living in Kingman, Arizona.

I began dumpster diving in 1989 and have been doing it ever since. I’ve been aware of metal scrapping but haven’t focused on learning how to make the most of my metal finds until recently.

Given the current state of the economy I need every penny I can get.

I've been browsing through the threads here for a little over a week now and have been delighted to find a treasure trove of information. I've also enjoyed the camaraderie among the regulars.

Above all I've learned never to mix zippers and capacitors
