Just joined the site yesterday. I live in western NC and travel back and forth to Fla. several times a year. Got into the business early this year after my business of 27 years all but folded. I pick up local, in SC and Fla. and sell wherever the price is right. Looking forward to time on the site and know I'll learn some things here.

My other business was in residential design and construction. I've been a building designer for many years but with the housing industry in the tank I sort of stumbled into this new venture. Still have one design project on the boards. Actually closed my office in March and moved part of it into my shop. Design and drawing facilities on one side and a pile of scrap on the other.Originally Posted by Mick

Thanks. Up early this morning heading out to pick up another load to bring back to the shop. I believe it's gonna be another hot day.
