Hey everyone. Seasoned young (26) scrapper from TX and about as hardcore about as most of what I see on here. Made about $5K this year profit from scrappin. Full time Tool and Die machinist and own my own side business designing and selling racing components, but I cant pass up free money and tearing stuff up is good stress relief. I hit the typical places, craigslist, friends/family, and gov auctions. Went to my 1st live auction this year in march and won 4 pallets full of used traffic cameras, and traffic signal boxes. Paid $300, sold it after tear down a few hrs after work for a couple weeks for $2700. Buy surplus military AC units as well, going to pick up 3 1,000lb units on tuesday that I won at auction. Also clearing out a local TV repair shop. Filled up my truck 4 times with TVs, and were not even 1/2 done with the shop clear out. Gotta love it!
