Just wanted to say Hi everyone...

I have spent the past week reading.. reading... and more reading, and wanted to register to show my gratitude to the members and staff of this wonderful site..

I live in the Shenandoah Valley area of Virginia and by chance, my better half tossed me a hint that my pile of stuff is getting to be too much, so I decided to see what could be a way to turn some of my hoard into some cash.

A bit of googling and I was fortunate to stumble upon SMF and have been reading ever since..

Everyone here seems so helpful and kind and I hope to stick around here, learn and grow with the community.

Keep up the great work, and know that it may take me a bit to get back to this thread as I think I still need to read 98% of what has been posted

Shenandoah Valley has to be some of the most beautiful land I think I have laid my eyes on.
Do you know of Joel Salatin's Pollyface farms?

Welcome to the forums. Shenandoah Valley is very beautiful. I go through it a lot. Not for business, but for personal reasons...vacations etc.
