    New to the business

Hello! I'm Brian from the greater 315 and 585 area codes of upstate NY. Although I'm not new to the scrap metal recycling business, I am however relatively inexperienced as far as establishing good contacts in the industry. I currently have a scrap yard, but I don't really have all of the equipment that I need. I have the following; a floor scale rated for 10000lbs, a loader and a truck and trailer. could anyone provide any recommendations on what equipment I could use to help make the scrap that I purchase more valuable when I try to sell it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Brian

    Hi Brian,

It all depends upon what type of scrap you are currently buying and /or planning to aquire??
