new kid on the internet amd this forum

I've been scrapping for about 8 years now, but I'm just now getting seriuos about doing it as a legitemet business. I was able to get decent loads with out very much effort until the metal prices went up and the economy went in the crapper.
I'm new at working the internet for leads .Like posting ads, blogs and what ever elese I can do to get legitimate leads . I try to go for regular businesses that have some type of recycling to be done. Lately I've been having to buy a lot of the scrap I get which I dont mind. I hope through This forum I can get alot of Ideas and helpful infomation to help me grow my business. Any help will be greatly appreciated

    a few stealing

up until lately the laws and the way the scrap yards worked was fairly easy but due to a few knuckelheads out there that have been helping them selfs to mostly copper in vacant buildings and some churches we are going to have to deal with the city goverment wanting alot more record keeping from the dealers and us collectors. I run a small business and I'm just now making it legitmate with unclesam. this will help with the new laws . how is it in other ststes as far as information you have to give to the scrap yards to get paid and how do you get paid . on the spot by cash or check or do you have to wait on your money being mailed to you
