For the past 21 years I worked for the big man punching a clock. A year ago I lost my husband 4 days before X-Mas and one week before our anniversary. Now I am a stay home Mom raising two beautiful little girls.
Six months ago I decided I was done struggling with living from day to day on very little. I told myself I was a bright young woman with lots of potential and set off to make more money and provide a better life for my girls. The scrapper was born!
I was always a tomboy growing up. Wanted to work out in the garage with my Dad and Brothers. When I got into high school I was the first girl in my school to join the machine shop. They told my parents I couldn't. My Mom flipped out on them. So here I was the only girl in the shop class and bringing compitition to the table. Right out of school I started a job as a machinist and stayed with it for 14 yrs.
Now I am a full time scrapper. I get a call or message, I load my kids up and we are gone. Get back home and my kids love watching me work in the garage. They try to help too!
