Smile New here, old to the industry

Hi, my dad got me into this , when i was a kid, dad passed away and i got his cutting torch, my pride and joy, its a smith with 59 feet of hose on it, its got the brass gauges and beveled glass too, still work's likes new, and now id say its about 50 some years old, dad bought it second hand and dad put on a wool sock on the brass handel part , cause we be cutting up old kaiser cars for the metal off the frame's, in the dead of the winter, we was poor folk and this scrapping is how we got by, but i stayed with it ,i do it now and then, and i'm glad i ve found this forum , thank's for letting me be here.
