    Metal artist from Indianapolis

Hello, my name is Jason and I am from Indianapolis. I scrap every so often but have little time to pursue it. Welding is my hobby and some of my raw material for my sculptures comes from scrapping. Let me know if you want to see pictures of my work.

I am sorry been busy here in Indy with Super bowl, birthdays and working odd hours. Scrapping business is finally picking up. So here is a picture of a wind surfer made out of bolts I found on the floor and the sail was one of three triangles that made up a porch bell I found in the garbage.

It is listed in my etsy shop http://www.etsy.com/listing/90729355...ct-wind-surfer

Here is my latest work that is painted with oil based paints so it can be used in the garden as well as indoors.

This is definately a mid century retro piece. I seem to gravitate to that style

I have decided to make some ornimental stuff from scrapmetal, specificly fridge compressors, they have pistons in them.

Soon I will have some fluxcore MIG welding wire for my mig, 0.8mm, real small stuff, fun when you are used to 1.4mm dia.... I'm planing on making a motorbike.

Thanks, welding is not that hard. Painting is because I am not patient enough. Still working on that. I use a single action airbrush
As much as I can. It allows fine mist application and infinite mixing capabilities.
