    Hello,I'm Jack from Gary,In

    I am a 57 yr old Navy veteran now staying in a transitional housing unit for homeless veterans.The place where I live is run by an organization called"Veterans Life Changing Services,Inc".We started a food pantry and are looking for someone able to donate some metal shelving for the garage area to store the food on.If anyone is interested in helping us out,please call 219-979-0900/219-290-0413 and ask for Brian,he is in charge of the food pantry.Thank You for helping veterans.We have a website.Please go to it and check us out,we are legitimate!

    I'm too far away to be of help but you might try corporate headquarters for companies like AutoZone, Pepboys, O'reilly, etc. They have a certain type of shelving that's very sturdy and would be perfect for your needs, and they buy it by the thousands. When a store goes out of business they liquidate it all and either sell or store in a warehouse until needed.
