Smile Hi Im Chrissy from Michigan

I currently work at Basic Metals scrap yard in Michigan. It is my job to come up with intersting articles or stories regarding the Scrap Recycling World. I found this forum in my research. I just wanted to say I am glad to finally find some information that doesn't dwell on the negatives of scrap theft and instead focuses on the positive was to recycle and make the most money for the scrapper and the scrap yard. I enjoy reading the posts about different ways to process scrap and these posts have helped me with tremendously my job. Keep up the great posts I look forward to learning all the eis to learn about the industry I work in.

No our yard is in Mount Clemens, Michigan. I started working here five years ago when we were a very small yard with only five employees and now we have two locations, over 50 employees, and out our own rigging division. Its been awesome to grow with with this company.
