We have several reputable buyers of E-waste on this board that contribute regularly to our discussions and are very open about their pricing.
I do not work in that department, so it would be hard for me to say. I know that for e-scrap we pay around $3.25 per lb. We usually deal with companies that are getting rid of their old technology, so what we usually get are cell phones, laptops, computers, servers and such. We break those items down into their components and then send them to an eco-friendly recycler if they do not have a secondary market value. Like I had said in a previous statement. It is hard to give a set price when each piece of technology could have a different market value. Some companies have much older models which we wouldn't pay nearly as much for if they were brand new. I hope you can understand that and respect that. If anyone is interested in pricing they are welcome to inquire. One of my business guys would love to chat about helping find a decent price for any old technology. On most cases we even pay for the shipping and/or even come to pick it up ourselves!
