Hello all from se mass

new guy here been lurking for a while figured i better register.... been hoarding scrap metal my whole life who'd a thought they would pay yah for it , go figure! started cleaning my farm shop one day and carrying the stuff round the corner like always and wouldn't yah no it the pile had moved closer to the door and grown 3 times as tall pretty soon i could hardly get to the door thats when i decided to start cleaning up the yard too and hauling it to the local scrap yard well that was the first of the year and 25 truck loads ago...oh and i love scrapping old welders them windings add up fast!! didnt take long before i started spotting old appliances tucked in the corner of the garage or in the basement at my friends houses and well you know how it gets after that .. i'm not turning pro but i do see this becoming obsessive. the site is great lots and lots of great info

welcome sounds like you have caught the scrapping bug
