How is everyone!
My name is Mike and I have been viewing the forums for a few months now and finally decided to join in. I am a full time maintenace manager for a large apartment building in Philadelphia which is what supplies me with many appliances and other items. I have been scrapping our bad appliances and anything else the residents leave behind on the weekends for some extra $$$ and at the same time reduced our bulk trash pick ups. I consider myself lucky that I don't have to drive around looking for scrap, I just drag it to the shop, break it down, load the truck, and off to the yard.
This forum has helped me a great deal and I would like to thank all of you for the information you post and I was hoping I could contribute and tips I might have.
