    First Timer

Hi everyone, I am brand new to scrapping so bear with me if I ask some assinine questions now and then...Getting into it it to make some extra $$ in my spare time. I work the graveyard shift for my f/t job. Have some background in industrial sales, hvac, electric motors and light-med construction equipt and tools. Looking forward to gaining some knowledge from the people on here and hopefully can help someone as well with what I know. Thanks

Welcome to the forum and thanks for the intro. Your background should help for sure.

Welcome and forgive me if I give stupid and/or assinine answers. I think with your background you have a leg up on other newbees. Just a basic understanding of how things are assemblied is helpful. Please take the time to read over the old posts. You will learn how to recycle stuff you might not be aware of now. Mike.

Its been a while since I dealt with anything in that industry, but from a scrapping standpoint lots of copper wires and good metal. I think if u can get them on the cheap definetly enough to turn a profit. Like I said its been a while so I am sure materials have changed so I would investigate before jumping in. Thanks for the welcome note hope I helped you out a bit.
