    Hello

    Hello.
I've been lurking for a while. Found many interesting topics and this forum seems full of interesting individuals.
My brother joined so I figured I would as well. I am in Minnesota, I scrap and I enjoy it.
We mostly haul steel. We do non ferrous as well but steel seems to be the best for us. It is a family operation consisting of my dad, my brother, myself and my nephew. We call him the big money man. Haha.

    But anyway, hello.

Welcome, glad to see you have the family involved. You may have blow-up's on the job, but in the end, your still family.

    Thanks for the welcome guys.
It's good to work with family. Family sees you at your worst and still cares and helps you be at your best. In our case we have a good working dynamic. Each of us brings a different skill set to the operation. I'm trying to promote myself to the position of "Lead Break Taker". Haha. But that is a highly sought after position and I have a lot of competition.
