Welcome to the forum Rich. E- scrap can be very confusing at first, take your time and don't let yourself get overwelmed. Best thing to do right now is read evry thread and post on e-scrap that you can find on this forum, thiere is a welth of information here. Her is your first lesson, I don't know what you mean by dials that have silver on them, but silver dosn't tarnish, might be brass or copper, scrape the tarnish off to check it. Anyway my advise is READ-READ AND READ SOME MORE. Also check out the buyers and sellers section, some of the buyers here on the forum are very helpfull but they want you to do some of your own research first. Good luck and I hope to hear from you soon.
