Hello from central Florida

I happened upon this site while searching local prices. I've been scrapping for several years now, starting out working on/scrapping used appliances and moving into hauling & clean-outs. I am mostly busy with the clean-outs now for realtors but I also tear down mobile homes, semi trailers, & do some regular lawn maintenance.

Welcome. This is a fantastic site with an infinite amount of knowledge to be shared. Im sure you will be able to contribute to this community. Ive always turned down mobile home tear downs. Please share some of your expertise in this area.

Nother one from florida, In east side Orlando here, welcome best way to do clean outs guys is go to those companies and offer your services.i get a few to call me when there renters bug out and leave all their stuff.

Thanks for the welcome & I dont know about expertise bur wouldn't mind sharing my experiences with mobile homes and cleanouts. As for mh I never ever do one for free which is what park owners/managers usually want. The exception to this is they put a dumpster on site. My normal charge for teardown is around 500 which covers d iui mp gees, gas, help, misc. sawblades etc. The most recent job paid 500 plus the 3yo ac package unit a fridge and glass top stove both in vg cond. & the metal paid around 500. This took six days with one helper.
