    Cool Intro

Hey guys my name is PJ. I live in northern illinois (ogle county). And I am new to all this, looking forward to reading through the forum and seeing what i can learn from everyone else. I work 2nd shift at a hotel and am just looking to make a little extra to help supplement my income. Actually I got started because we got new tvs at the hotel so I brought home about 50 25" tvs which i started tearing down. I am interested in e scrap mostly because of the seemingly availability and that its light. But am a bit intimidated since I dont know any of the parts or whats valuable etc. I'd like to eventually get something going where I pick things up for people but we'll see how things go. Hopefully this covers all the bases.

Thanks guys, I saw the video on some thread of tearing down tvs. I wanted them for the band around the tube and it turns out to be aluminum all the tvs are the same model sooo... that sucks.
