    Hey from MN

My name is Bobby from savage MN, found this site searching for scrap prices here. Im a auto tech and saved up about 150 rotors & hub/brg assemblies, about 8 steel rims, and about 60 lbs of lead weights. Can't wait to take it in tomorrow morning and see what it all is worth! Really awesome to be on this site with tons of great info!

Well I got $300/ton on the rotors & drums, ended up with 1680 lbs, I had 220 lbs of wheel hub/brgs, a few steel wheels and a driveshaft=220/ton and 2/3 bucket of wheel weights was 86 lbs = .30/lb. Came out with $304, not too bad! I went to JR's advanced recycling in Inver Grove Heights, about 3 miles from my work. I can't wait to save up for another load, I have 10 radiator and a few alum rims for next trip!
