    New guy checking in!

Hey everybody, just a line to say hi. I just found the forum the other day. I've been wanting to dabble in ecrap for some time and just kinda getting started. One question that immediately came up though. Of course we dont like to pay for anything, but is it ever worth it to pay for scrap to scrap so to speak? I have a guy with a whole room of stuff, boxes of motherboards, memory etc, but wants me to make him an offer? which i have declined to do at least yet. Thanks and take care, Jim

Just introduce him to me and I'll show you how to take care of it. In our older posts we have talked extensively about the worth of different products. If you don't get it someone else will because every day more people find out about the value of escrap.

Welcome to the forum. It certainly can be worth it to buy ewaste. You first need to be certain you know what you are doing. Start with reading all the old threads in the electronics forum. Don't forget to begin with the stickies at the top.

There is lots of great info in the other sections of the forum but you asked about ewaste. Also we have a buyers section I suggest you read all those threads as well. Members who have had dealings with them comment on their experiences. Best of luck, take photos and share what you find. Mike.
