Great. Whereabouts are you, and what prices do you want for your metal?
I know lying is wrong, but if the elephant man came in now in a blouse with some make up on, and said, "How do I look?" Would you say, bearing in mind he's depressed and has respiratory problems, would you say, "Go and take that blusher off you mis-shapened elephant tranny?" No. You'd say, "You look nice... John""

That was really descriptive. Just saying. Good to know there is only one grade of copper.

I heard California was in a bit of debt, but I didn't think things were so bad they adopted the Euro. Perhaps they have been buying them on ebay from Greece.

So, if I may ask ask the same question as Pistone, what grade is the copper? Also, what are the terms? FOB, FAS, CIF and to which port or terminal? Also, how do you accept payment?

...finally, why are you selling at 34% of current LME for (what I assuming) are 20MT shipments?

DUDE better have the best credit in the world 30 percent down isn't going to work. I would want paid as soon as the container was loaded. PERIOD.

Ingots? This gets better. So with your C&F, where is the freight to? Also, as I am in Europe, what is your ex-works price?

That is fairly common when you are dealing in large quantity overseas. A good company, like mine, will have a strong duns number for credit. However, I tend to shy from importing as customs can be a bear and its easy to get screwed over when you find you container full of rock.

Good you can come for the loading. After loading is completed you will make payment. I have good credit but you know company policy you have to book your order so we know you are serious about coming because nobody will pay 30% without coming if you pay the 30% and you do not make you self available for loading we will refund your money back. We sign contract and agreement stamped with company seal and stamps. Reason why we collect payment first is to reserve order not any thing else cause other serious buyers are willing to pay and you might be disappointed when you come and you meet less quantity because other ready customer follow our non-negotiable procedure. Copper scrap is Mil berry if you are interested let me know.Thank you for reading my replies.

This thread deteriorated into being useless. Bhardwaj, would you please post your company name, location and other info so we can make some good judgements? Since you deal in metric tons, you undoubtedly are associated with a well established company.

Link to company website doesn't work for me. Could mean company is no longer in business.
