Doesn't anybody else any red flags?
Limited use tools just showing up in a dumpster week after week?
When did we become so jaded and not question like we used to?

I don't know why a lot of valuables are tossed into dumpsters. If I thought they were stolen I would have called the police. I don't know if you read, My company maintains this business park, it is a very large complex having many different types of businesses as tenants. I'm at this location 3 to 5 days a week. The business park manager and I talk to each other almost daily. I know most of the business owners that lease these buildings and I talk with them on a regular basis. I would be one of the first persons contacted if anybody in this complex had property stolen. I stored these tools in one of my shops for over a year. Had anybody asked about these tools, I would have returned them in a nano second! I'm a business owner myself, I have had thousands of dollars in tools and equipment stolen from my companies. I hate thieves and dishonesty in any way and have zero tolerance for it! I got involved with "DUMPSTER MANAGEMENT" because the owners of this park were complaining about rising cost of trash disposal. I have cut their waste bill almost in half in the last two years. I did this not by stealing, but hard work and ingenuity. I have learned over the years that a successful business starts and ends with the owner and he, she or them better have INTEGRITY!
Good job .
