    The John Deere A is an old tractor that never had a 3 point hitch so what you have is some home made pieces for a hitch. It doesn't look complete because there would be some bits that bolt to the tractor.

    Here's a link to a drawing of a commercial aftermarket 3 point hitch for a JD "A".

    Like Lousy said, maybe worth a few bucks to the right guy.
