That axle is probably rated at about 1000lbs. $40 is a good price for it, if you plan on selling it you can get $150 -$200 for it. You could get about $100 for the axle alone. It was a good buy in my opinion. And if you can get the title cleared for it, then it defiantly was worth the money.
