It has to be cash in and cash out. If you take cash and put it in the bank; they can track you by credit/debit transactions. The Dodd/Frank Law that was supposed to protect us from banks; created the consumer protection board. They track every credit/debit transaction. Just like the NSA tracks all calls and emails.
