This happened at the Denver EPA Office. Employees vandalizing bathrooms and putting crap in the hallways as a so called joke...so what does the EPA do?? Hire a consultant to try and solve the problem!
I'm thinking Port a Potties or just fire the Jack Wagons.

Well the EPA handles Dump violations right? So..it's not new.

The way I stop the thief, is that I will call the cops while they are in the act, I have used this method a lot and when the cops come onto the scene they catch them red handed.
I love having a cell phone.

Well the federal clean air act is a federal law and if convicted, the convict will do his time in a federal prison and not 2 for 1 at the county jail.
I think that was some good thinking, maybe they didn't have enough evidence to actually get a conviction for the theft but did for the fed. offense.
