- Anyone here familar with EPA rain water run off requirements?
In my area you have to have a barrier that can stop sediment if you disturb the earth, and in most cases if you fail a rust study.
There is also requirements to have catch ponds, sampling points, monitoring stations, and much more if your operation is large enough ( or have a big parking lot ).
